Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which is based on using the ‘core’ stabilising muscles around the lower trunk. This type of exercise can play a very useful part in recovering from episodes of low back pain and importantly, maintaining a healthy and pain-free back. We have an experienced Pilates instructor who can teach individuals on a one to one basis, who also has insight as she is also a practicing physiotherapist.
