By booking or attending an appointment with Queens Physiotherapy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

    2.1 Physiotherapy Services: Our clinic offers a range of physiotherapy services, including but not limited to manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, shockwave therapy, laser., acupuncture, steroid injections, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury management, pain management, and wellness programs.

    2.2 Service Availability: All services are subject to availability and are provided by chartered and registered physiotherapists.

    2.3 Scope of Treatment: The physiotherapists at Queens Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic will conduct an assessment to determine the appropriate treatment plan based on your health condition.
  3. Appointments
    3.1 Appointment Requests: Appointment requests should be made by phone, email, or online via our website. You are required to provide accurate information when booking your appointment.

    3.2 Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for an appointment, your treatment may be shortened to ensure the next patient is seen on time. If you arrive over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling: We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

    3.4 No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a “No-Show” and may result in a charge for the missed session.
  4. Fees and Payment
    4.1 Fees: Fees for our physiotherapy services are outlined on our website or provided upon request. The fees may vary depending on the type and length of the treatment session.

    4.2 Private Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, credit card, debit card, and electronic transfer. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

    4.3 Insurance Payment Methods: We can directly bill insurance once you have provided us with their billing details and your authorisation number. You will need to speak to your insurance provider prior to the appointment and be mindful of any excess that you will need to pay.

    4.4 Late Payments: Any outstanding payments must be made within 5 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within this period, the clinic reserves the right to refer the account to a collections agency.
  5. Health Information and Privacy
    5.1 Personal Information: During your treatment, we may collect personal health information necessary for providing care. By accessing our services, you consent to the collection and use of your health information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

    5.2 Confidentiality: All personal and medical information shared with the clinic will be kept confidential and only disclosed with your consent or as required by law.

    6.2 Risk Acknowledgment: Physiotherapy treatment may involve physical activity and, in some cases, discomfort or temporary soreness. You acknowledge that you understand the potential risks involved in treatment and agree to proceed with treatment voluntarily.

    6.3 Limitation of Liability: Queens Physiotherapy and its staff will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of your failure to follow the treatment plan or instructions, or due to factors beyond our control.
  7. Patient Responsibilities
    7.1 Follow Treatment Plans: You agree to actively participate in your treatment and follow the guidance and recommendations of the physiotherapist.

    7.2 Health and Safety: You are required to notify your physiotherapist of any health conditions or medications that may affect your treatment or your ability to safely participate in therapy.

    7.3 Respectful Behaviour: We expect all patients to maintain respectful behaviour towards our staff and other patients. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
  8. Cancellation and Termination of Services
    8.1 Termination by You: You have the right to discontinue treatment at any time, although we recommend discussing any concerns with your physiotherapist beforehand.

    8.2 Termination by Clinic: Queens Physiotherapy reserves the right to terminate treatment if the physiotherapist determines that further treatment is not appropriate or if the patient violates clinic policies or behaves in a manner that jeopardises their own or others’ safety.
  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    9.1 Modifications: Queens Physiotherapy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new terms will apply to all services provided from the date of posting.

    9.2 Notification: It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Continuing to use our services after modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
